Have just watched your presentation to the UN of our case for war with Iraq, I have a few things that I'd like to follow up with you about...
Why not let the inspectors, who are on the ground as I type, finish their job? Why can't they find evidence to corroborate this source, Curve Ball? This hodge podge of intelligence has the signature of the Neocons all over it whose reason to be is waging a war of choice with Iraq and with the combination of 9/11 and the mainstream media buying their hype hook, line and sinker they have all the leverage they need. Let me remind you, once we're there, there's no turning back.
Please get Secretary Rumsfeld to put more troops in. If we are going to take Baghdad, how can we assume we're not going to need the number of troops we had back in '91?
Lastly, I truly hope sir, that all of the information that came out of your mouth today is true as you say it is. If so, I'm wrong to be skeptical... but what if I'm right and this is a push from inside the White House to march us into war? I will say this though, today they got the most respected and admired person on their team to plead their case.
