CONCORD -- Chuck McGee resigned as executive director of the Republican State Committee yesterday, but maintains he had nothing to do with an election day operation that jammed get-out-the-vote phone banks run by firefighters and the state Democratic Party.

Josh Marshall at Talking Points Memo does a great job of summing up the situation. Maybe now some people will start to be held accountable for this... but I'm not holding my breath.
