Interesting PBS Bill Moyer's show last night...

HERE is Bill Moyer's talking about Romney's religion speech, the Internet and its effect on politics, and finally the harsh and sometimes unprintable comments on Hillary Clinton. On Romney's religion speech, I find it hard to reconcile this quote from Romney:

"Let me assure you that no authorities of my church, or of any other church for that matter, will ever exert influence on presidential decisions."

...With him wanting to over turn Roe v. Wade, banning gay marriage with a constitutional amendment and supporting faith based initiatives... now I get that he has to say it but not once in that speech did he mention anyone who doesn't believe in a religion.  That sect of the American public is non-existent to him.  The thing is, his religion would affect his decisions when it comes to these issues... says it right here, on his website.

As for how the Internet has influenced politics well,... HELLO!!!!!!  Yeah, you could say there's been an influence.  We started to see it in 2004 but then in 2006 the results were easy to see.  I believe 2008 is going to be influenced greatly by voices on the net...

As for Senator Clinton, they talk about how there are some very terrible things being said out there on the net about here as well as on far right talk radio.  This was my main reason for my not-endorsing-endorsement.  Thoughts?
