Conflict of interest?
Listening to Rudy G. talk about how he agrees that there needs to be a number of different tactics used to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels, it stikes me as a conflict of interest when his lobbying firm, Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, is leading the charge against an energy plan making it's way through Congress. Here is the Bloomberg article detailing the conflict.
