The missing emails... another prime example of the Theory of Unitary Exective

THIS makes me want to puke.  Another example of Bush 2.0's disregard for the rule of law in terms of not keeping legally mandated records of their actions makes my stomach turn.  The gist of the situation is that when Clinton was in office, our tax dollars paid for an email archiving system to be put in place to follow the rule of law but when Bush 2.0 took over, they scrapped the system that we paid for and installed a policy and equipment that didn't do the job... that's unacceptable but VERY convenient for covering up their illegal activities.  Yet another chapter in how Bush 2.0 has embraced the Theory of Unitary Executive.

UPDATE: As the CREW break down shows, missing emails in the lead up to the Iraq war, missing emails for the week after Saddam was captured, missing emails surrounding keys dates of the Valerie Plame outing... I'm sure there's more but I'm too disgusted to keep reading.
