The NYTimes editorial board does a nice job of summing up the latest and greatest signing statement by Bush 2.0... yet another example of the Theory of Unitary Executive run amok. Bush 2.0's constant use of the old trick of look at my right hand while my left hand does the exact opposite is getting really, really old. As this signing statement show, when you hear Bush 2.0 and his officials talk about leaving Iraq as soon as possible, don't believe 'em.
