We didn't conduct post-war Iraq planning...
...because the hearts of Rumsfeld and Cheney were set on never leaving... the NYTimes has the run down yesterday of a report buried since the summer of 2005 by the army that was critical of Bush 2.0's post-war Iraq planning (as in, there wasn't any).
