Political progress in Iraq!
It's very heartening to be able to read about Iraq parliament passing three needed laws that (hopefully) should put the country on the road toward reconciliation. What's not so heartening is that after they passed these laws, the parliament took another vacation... 5 weeks this time around while our troops still patrol the street.
