Stacking the deck at...
...Guantanamo. My feelings about these trials coming up at Gitmo are the same as for the torture debate, the NSA wiretapping, etc... if we put these men on trial in a "stacked deck" situation that is intended so Bush 2.0 can claim political victory in the run up to the 2008 election, as that article states, the terrorists win. It's really hard being part of a true democracy; we do need to hold ourselves to a higher standard no matter who our enemy is or what tactics they employ. Once we start bending the rules or weakening our moral standing, they win.
