...the politics of fear to chide the Democratic Congress over not passing a wiretapping law without immunity for the phone companies by saying that American lives are at risk because they are not getting the information since the law has expired. Only hours later do they correct the record and say, yes, we are getting all of the information that we got prior to the lapse in the law.
