Does Bush 2.0 control the TV stations as well?

ThinkProgress is reporting that TV stations in Northern Alabama went black when the '60 Minutes' segment about Karl Rove's role in the prosecution of Alabama's former Governor Don Siegelman last night... coincidence?  Maybe but for some reason, this really piques my interest.
