What is Iraq doing with all of its oil revenue?
Apparently nothing. Why pay for things yourself when you've got the U.S.'s free ticket to ride? Ah, how I long for the days of words coming out of Bush 2.0 official's mouths that Iraq will pay for its own re-construction with its oil revenue... where are they now?
