Bush 2.0's debt
Just want to take a moment to highlight this post over at Thinkprogress.org regarding the state of our country's finances under the watch of Bush 2.0. It basically comes down to about $7.7 TRILLION dollars of debt that can be attributed to Bush 2.0. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) does a nice job of showing via graphs how this came to be... the video is nice too. That debt comes out to about $25,000 for every man, woman and child in our country... writing it in those terms takes my breath away.
