The bathing/washing water in Iraq for our troops

Per this AP article, "A report obtained by The Associated Press said soldiers experienced skin abscesses, cellulitis, skin infections, diarrhea and other illnesses after using discolored, smelly water for personal hygiene and laundry at five U.S. military sites in Iraq."  This water was provided to our troops from defense contractor KBR.  Now, watch the below question and then answer with a Pentagon spokesman regarding this issue... it seems that this spokesman is caught up on drinking water but the report states that this is the "water for personal hygiene and laundry"... he seems to 1. not understand the issue and 2. find it funny that our troops are experiencing "skin abscesses, cellulitis, skin infections, diarrhea and other illnesses" when all they should be doing is DRINKING bottled water... which I assume THEY ALREADY WERE!  They can't even use the KBR water for washing... I wonder 1. how many troops has this affected and 2. how much of our tax dollars did that water cost?
