THIS ONE is about how Bush 2.0 personally intervened to weaken the rules that the EPA wanted to approve for limits on smog-forming ozone. This move sent the Justice Department lawyers scrambling to come up with a legal reason for Bush 2.0's move. The sad thing is that these new limits will be affecting us for the next 10 YEARS.
THIS ONE is about a "mystery loophole" that allows government contractors working overseas NOT to report fraud and holds them NOT responsible for any such fraud with their contracts working in Iraq and Afghanistan... unbelievable.
THIS ONE is from georgia10 over at Daily Kos asking the press to STOP saying that Bush 2.0 asked the telecom companies to tap phones and email AFTER 9/11... in fact, the requests for such tapping occurred just a couple months after Bush 2.0 took office and MANY months BEFORE 9/11... thanks georgia10!
