Wow... I wasn't around last night at 8pm to catch Keith's interview with Senator Obama so I just finished watching it now (below if you didn't see it either). Obama gets to deal with two negative stories, head on, on a Friday evening with more than a month out from the next primary, PA. Obama sitting down with the Chicago Tribune (the main news outlet still pushing for answers about Rezko) and answering all their questions on Thursday afternoon, writing a blog post commenting on Rev. Wright's preaching on Huffpost Friday afternoon and then going on a round of news shows that evening (see below) to comment on both is a great feat of political strategy. The Obama campaign used various forms of media to deal with and comment on his two biggest negative stories simultaneously. You could argue that they might have waited a little too long to get here but to do so with both stories, at once, makes up for it. FYI, Obama discusses the Rezko issue at 5.25 in the tape.
