A political strategy taken to another level from the New Governor of NY
Talk about getting out ahead of a story... Governor Paterson, wanting to get out ahead of a potential solatious story, has admitted to several affairs that he's had throughout his marriage. I've blogged about "getting out in front" of a potential story before but by laying out all of his affairs for the press prior to getting scooped, Paterson takes this tactic to another level. Sadly, given the fate of Spitzer and Governor McGreevey of New Jersey, his vanilla flavored affairs probably won't attract any attention. Any other pols want to come clean when you could slip under the press radar?
