...by giving a $300 million arms contract to a twenty something in Miami, FL to arm the troops and police in Afghanistan... unbelievable. The bullets and such were made by the Chinese (it's a crime to sell Chinese made ammunitions) back in 1966 and shipped to Afghanistan in cardboard boxes to save on shipping costs... at least these twenty something upstarts were concerned about their expenditures.
