Bush 2.0 acting like a 2 year-old with our Gov't contracts

At Talkingpointsmemo.com today, their MUST READ report is about how Bush 2.0 slipped a provision to NOT include contracts overseas that are over $5 million into a proposal to PREVENT contractor fraud... and who do you think that provision helps?  KBR (Cheney's old company), Blackstone, CACI International, etc...  But yesterday, on the eve of a congressional hearing on the matter, the White House said that the provision limiting oversight of overseas contracts over $5 million has been withdrawn... just like that.

This is just like a 2 year-old trying to push the boundaries just because they can... but this is with our tax payer dollars costing us millions, not $.89 for a pack of gum.  It feels like, with Bush 2.0, we're in the Twilight Zone where Republicans don't care about how their tax dollars are spent OR WASTED... where is the outrage on the right?

When I was working as a strategist on the right, I was always confused by the labels being slapped around because mostly, they didn't match the real world, yet since most of these labels helped our candidates, I was all for them.  You see, we knew that with consistent message control and proper public relations, you could convince the American public of anything... even up is down and right is wrong when it came to the Democratic party.
