Doesn't sound like the Iraqi troops are standing up anytime soon...
Remember way back, when Rummy was testifying to Congress that there were over 250,000 Iraqi soldiers trained and equipped to "stand up"? Well, not so much... it seems that based on a recent report written about in USA Today, it is going to take years more for the Iraq army to be able to defend itself. Wonderful.
