...but it turns out that he'll torture detainees for them. Shockingly, it turns out that at Gitmo, U.S. interrogators have subjected Chinese detainees to harsh interrogation techniques at the bequest of the Chinese government... even going so far as to let the Chinese do the torture themselves at Gitmo.
