What a freaking crock... a former inmate (German citizen) at Gitmo who was release after the Chancellor of Germany, Angela Merkel, asked for his release spoke to Congress yesterday about his treatment at Gitmo. It seems from the video below that waterboarding isn't the only torture tactic that the U.S. has used against detainees that involves water. ThinkProgress has the run down here and as they say in their reporting, it seems as if Bush 2.0 is playing games between the definition of "waterboarding" and "water treatment" which leaves the door open to their imaginations on what they could do with water that will supposedly get those detainees to tell them what they want to hear. I wonder what Mr. McCain thinks about these new devious revelations...
