Rove questioned on Siegelman case
I didn't get a chance to see it but from what I read over at Huffpost and reporter Sam Stein, it turns out that Karl Rove was questioned about his involvement in the Siegelman case by George Stephanopoulos. Based on Sam's reporting, it sounds like Rove was bobbing and weaving more than Ali in the middle of a boxing ring... and he didn't completely & unequivocally deny his involvement. As I said in my post earlier below about Sen. Clinton trying to explain her RFK assassination comment, playing word games to stay out of trouble with the law, the voters and your own conscience is what politics is all about. And I might ad that it's the press' job to ferret out any ambiguity when it comes to such word games... and until Rove is put under oath to answer these questions, that's all we got. Thanks for asking, George.
