Just politics
These two stories have nothing to do with each other except to show the world of politics that we live in...
First up is a report that Roger Stone (a Republican operative) is circulating a video surveillance tape of Gov. Charlie Crist of FL kissing his "girlfriend" in an elevator to squash rumors of Gov. Crist being gay so it might grease the wheels of being picked as McCain's VP. FYI, Roger, just because a man is kissing a woman doesn't mean that he isn't gay... but at least you have a starting point.
And Dunkin' Donuts has pulled an ad with Rachael Ray because Michelle Malkin threw a tizzy at the scarf that Rachel is wearing... I kid you not. Malkin believes that the scarf is like the ones Arab men wear that has come to symbolize jihad. She blogged about it, others followed and now Dunkin' has pulled the ad... oy. Click on the link to see a picture of the scarf ladies and let me know what you think... I have a few along those lines and now I might not wear them out in public for fear of running into Malkin carrying a machine gun.

UPDATE: It seems that Meghan McCain likes the same kind of scarfs that Rachel Ray wore in the Dunkin' ad... Malkin will have a field day with this one.
