Sorry for the absence
So I've been MIA for the last week and for good reason... My husband (Mr. Purple) and I moved into our new condo and added an addition to our family... our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy named Sadie! We are thrilled and I couldn't have planned all of these life changes any better with Obama wrapping up the nomination last Saturday when Senator Clinton threw her support behind him so the timing couldn't have been better. But let me assure you that I am back in the swing of things and will be blogging regularly from now through Election Day. On a side note, my thoughts and prays go out to Tim Russert's family during this time of loss... he was the utmost gentleman and it was an honor to meet him in the few times our paths crossed. In the meantime, take a look at our new addition below... isn't she adorable? As you can tell, I'm a doting mother...
