Don't open that email!
So how does Bush 2.0 get around a verdict from the Supreme Court saying that the Environmental Protection Agency had to decide whether or not "greenhouse gases represent a danger to health or the environment"? They delay, delay, delay... and then finally, when they get an email in their inbox containing a policy recommendation about such, they don't open it. This falls under the category of "I can't make this stuff up" along with "this is how our tax dollars are being spent" and "Doesn't Bush 2.0 work for US?".
