The FEC is back in business
The Federal Election Committee is back in business after the Senate confirmed additional nominees to make the bipartisan 6 person board whole again. Maybe now they can rule on whether or not McCain and Co. are breaking the law by spending WAY OVER the cap for the primary season AND whether using promised public campaign funds as collateral is legal as well. So many questions, so little time...
