Go figure...
...we didn't plan correctly for how we would deal with Iraq after overtaking Baghdad. But at least this report is FOR the Army written BY the Army about their tactics and lack of planning so something so irresponsible as this won't happen again. I wonder how Bush 2.0 will spin this report? We might not find out if the main stream media labels this story a "been there, done that" account of what happened.
