If you switch back to your original position on the FISA bill to not give telecoms immunity, at least you'll have the LAW on your side as determined by US District Court Judge, Vaughn Walker (appointed by Bush 1.0) in his most recent decision on whether or not the President had the legal right to circumvent FISA... by the way, he said Bush 2.0 doesn't.
