In a very succinct and easy to follow Op-ed today in the NYTimes, Barack Obama lays out his plan for how he would proceed in regards to the Iraq war if elected President. I believe this is a very well thought out plan that shows his depth of knowledge about all of the varying components that will influence the wind down of this conflict.
Will this put to rest all of the "flip flop" accusations in terms of Iraq that team McCain are trying to pin on him?... probably not but at least it's a start.
