"Fauntroy, who is the author of a book, "Republicans and the Black Vote," said that black Republicans voting for Obama will send a message to party leaders."
That's exactly what I intend to do; my vote is to send a message, but it's not about courting the black vote, it's more about the issues they choose to run on each election year. Like Powell, I'll vote for who I think is best qualified to accomplish that which needs doing, skin color makes no difference.
