Following up on my post from yesterday, it seems that some in the mainstream press are getting the same vibes... namely that since the McCain camp has run through the kitchen cabinet of attacks on Obama and none seem to be doing the job, they are now training their sights on Obama's values and patriotism. The Politico and Huffpost both have pieces up about this change in tactic. I doubt Obama is going to stoop to this level in return and such a move wouldn't serve him well... taking the high road is what Obama does well and should continue to do in the face of all the low blow attacks.
