President Obama would review all Bush 2.0's executive orders
This is very good news indeed... Obama told the House of Representatives that upon being elected President, he would instruct his Attorney General (you know, the top law enforcer in the country who is supposed to FOLLOW THE LAW) to review all of Bush 2.0's executive orders and revoke the ones that break the law... and since Obama is a former consititutional law professor, I trust him to make the right decisions.
