Republican's filibuster troop bill because of oil.
Senate Republicans are stomping their feet because they haven't gotten a vote on opening up off shore drilling for the oil companies so they filibuster a bill to give troops health care, a pay raise and MRAP vehicles to protect them from IED's in Iraq... Unbelievable but true.
