The OTHER bombshell in Ron Suskind's book...
The other big bombshell that isn't getting the traction it deserves in the MSM is what Andrew Sullivan blogs today about here. It's the fact that both Bush 2.0 and Tony Blair received very credible intelligence in January '03 that there were no WMD in Iraq... more than enough time to pull the reigns back and avoid the catastrophy we find ourselves in now. Before the launch of the war, I knew that the neocons were pushing this because I had come face to face with them in the late '90's while working as a Republican strategist. And I said to myself on the eve of the invasion that if there are no WMD found in Iraq, the American public will have been duped into war and as it turns out, we were... more than I could have ever imagined.
