Hagel out as Obama VP choice... so is it Biden?... Olbermann thinks so

Chuck Hagel's spokeman said to USA Today that Hagel will not be endorsing either candidate and won't be in the race.  Does this lend more credence to Biden as Obama's VP pick?... Olbermann thinks so; see below:
