Another chapter of McCain 2000 vs. McCain 2008
Both Ms. Huffington of The Huffington Post and Mr. Alter of Newsweek have a blog post and an article published today that again dissects the McCain of 2000 vs. the McCain of 2008. Ms. Huffpost's post really jumps into the dissection of McCain version 2000 vs. 2008 while Mr. Alter catalogs the untrue attacks by Obama (very little) against McCain with the untrue McCain attacks (a lot) against Obama. Mr. Alter doesn't mention the McCain of 2000 but if he did, it would be easy to connect these false attacks to what the McCain of 2000 wouldn't be doing. Let's hope McCain finds his old self soon but given his Rove protégé advisers, I'm sure they're hiding him from himself.
