Bush 2.0 signing statements "unsubstantiated" report finds
A new report out from the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations (an arm of Congress) finds what some of us have been railing against for years... Bush 2.0's use of signing statements is "unsubstantiated" and has generated confusion when interrupting laws signed by Bush 2.0... exactly what Bush 2.0 and Darth Cheney were going for.
It's a disgrace that our legal system has been hijacked like this and I'm betting that history won't treat Bush 2.0 with the kid gloves he thinks it will but unfortunately, I believe that the damage has been done.
