MoDo hits McCain's POW card in her NYTimes op-ed today
In her Op-Ed today in the NYTimes, Maureen Dowd takes McCain and his campaign to task for using his POW status during the Vietnam war as a "get out of jail free" card whenever the campaign is questioned about any number of issues that the McCain camp doesn't want to deal with straight on... like not being in the "cone of silence" during Rick Warren's forum, or for forgetting how many houses McCain owns, or for making a crude joke about his wife as a biker rally, or for... well, you get the picture. Let's keep an eye out for any other future instances where McCain and his camp pull this so called trump card when trying to sweep an uncomfortable question under the rug.
