Fact checks by the AP
I know that given that the AP's head guy is going through a ringer due to his conversations with Rove, many on the far left feel that the AP is in the tank for the Republicans... I'm not so sure.
At least today they stick to journalistic standards and fact check the various bull being thrown around by McCain, Palin and his surrogates... and there's a lot of it. Politics is always about shaping and spinning facts, policies and situations but in doing so, sometimes the truth gets misplaced but what I've been seeing for the past couple of nights, I believe, crosses the line of just spinning and shaping. Unfortunately, keepin' 'em honest is a full time job... and I already have one of those.
