Obama grabs the mantle of the "war on terror" and calls "those people" out

Obama is getting pretty forceful on the campaign trial sticking up for our constitution and calling out Sarah Palin and Rudy G. for flipping their nose at the rule of law and habeaus corpus. That is what makes us different than the terrorists we fight... and as I've said many times, it's HARD be a democracy who gives criminals and terrorists rights when captured... but that high road is what we are all about. Obama makes clear that he will not shy away from killing terrorists in his sights but once a terrorist is captured, they should have rights to ask, "Why was I grabbed?" and to make sure that we have the right person in custody. Bush 2.0 and his administration has trampled all over this part of our consititution and we will be paying a price for that until someone else steps in and sets us straight... and given how McCain bowed to Bush 2.0's signing statement on the torture bill that McCain helped push through Congress, I don't think McCain is the man to do that.
